Palinoia Logistics Management is a 360-degree logistics solutions platform. The firm has a downward scaling philosophy that aims to create a connected supply chain logistics infrastructure from tier one to tier two and three cities. We are a multi-model vehicle aggregator platform with a continuously expanding fleet, catering operations from the first-mile to last-mile logistics, covering reverse logistics.The initial idea formulated in 2016, was primarily to cater to restaurant deliveries in the city of Cochin under the brand name of 'Yesmeal'. Over the years, the fleet strength grew beyond 30 two-wheelers across the city. The entry of Zomato in 2018 allowed us to work as their 3PL partner. The arrival of restaurant aggregators like Zomato and Swiggy left us scrambling foroptions outside the restaurant bubble. By the last quarter of 2019, we shifted our priorities to groceries and FMCG deliveries and started our operations at Trivandrum and Calicut. During the floods and pandemic, the city regarded us as an essential service for hyperlocal deliveries.Today, we have shifted ourselves to a digital platform that enables us to handle the continuously expanding load with minimal human interaction. The digitisation also makes us a plug and play logistics infrastructure model that can be scaled easily to multiple locations. The business runs on an asset-light platform with a vehicle aggregator model that aids us with easy scaling and fluctuating load conditions.
