Dunamis Lifespace is an Innovative, Value-driven, Affordable Housing Developer based in Navi Mumbai. It is founded by father-son duo (Hari Narayan Mishra & Nikhilesh Mishra).Currently, we have 10 ongoing projects in Ulwe. It is an upcoming town near Navi Mumbai International Airport. A report by KPMG suggests that, ulwe will witness nearly 145% jump in their current prices by 2023. There are 3 newly formed sectors - (Sector -24, 25 & 25A) which have nearly 1400 plots. Their sizes vary from 40m to 800m. All these plots are either up for outright sale or JV. This offers us a great opportunity to construct as many buildings as possible. Moreover, these plots are in 2-3 km radius from upcoming international airport and Nhava-Sewri trans harbour link. Both of these mega infrastructure projects will be completed in the next 4-6 years.We are constructing houses which fulfill criteria of Affordable housing for all scheme. More than a million families in Navi Mumbai are currently staying in rented accommodation. All these families require affordable housing to either lease or buy. Dunamis Lifespace wants to be ready to cater at least 10% of this demand.
