Under the leadership of Ryan and Madeleine, It has grown into a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.DURI.AN, or Durable Eats (an means to eat in Vietnamese), believes that every child should have access to meals, water, and education. Providing these basic needs are not just fulfillments of basic human needs, but also an investment in our future.DURI.AN is a Gen Z nonprofit run entirely by young high school and college students. As a Gen Z organization, we are showing the world that Gen Z - the teenagers of today - are capable of making a difference in the world. In addition, we are joining this movement to show that in the digital era, we don't necessarily need certain qualifications or experience to do something. The organization allows young people to exercise their entrepreneurial spirit and gain experience while fulfilling their civic duty to society and to the world. We also aim to connect young people all of the world. Our current projects include providing in-school meals for children, constructing water wells, and building water filtration systems. To date, we have served over 8500 school meals; we have build 8 water wells; and a filtration system is currently being built.
