Together we will focus on collaboration, high quality professional learning and a shared commitment to excellence.To ensure that the curriculum is delivered in way that will maximize learning for all students we use an evidence informed approach to teaching, that focuses on six sound pedagogical principles – challenge, explanation, modelling, practice, questioning and feedback. The professional learning programme across the trust allows teachers to share, reflect and discuss how best to put these into action in their classrooms.
