Our memory devices could record and store the event data during the vehicle's operation and protect the inner memory chip secure even under extremely harsh conditions such as 1100℃ high temperature fire, hard car crash, deep water immersion, etc., especially for autonomous vehicles, railway vehicles, passenger buses, fleet of trucks, surveillance equipment, servers, etc. wherever you have a much higher demand for data safety. Invention patents have been granted for the unique methods for improving fire prevention performance of a memory device in China, Japan, US and EU.The rugged memory devices for train are made as per US DOT criteria 49 CFR Part 229 & IEEE 1482.1 – 2013, survive 1100℃ high intensity fire for 1 -2 hours and 100m deep water for 240 hours. The performances of our products exactly match or even exceed the international standard of a flight black box as per EUROCAE ED-155 crash survival section for lightweight flight recording systems.
