Dyas Human Resource Development, Inc. (DHRD) is a small business founded in 2004 by owners Charles "Chez" L. Dyas, III, and Amy Mullican. Jeanne Carmichael joined the company as an owner and full member on May 2, 2005, and Brian Carmichael joined the team as an owner and full member in February 2006. DHRD is an expert team of researchers and investigators who provide federal contractors and subcontractors a complete, integrated range of services to ensure compliance with Title 41, Part 60 of the Code of Federal Regulations. The mission of DHRD is to provide the highest standard of services and products related to Affirmative Action Programs (AAPs) and equal employment opportunity required by the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).
