Dynamo Amplification was created in 2009 by Ervin Williams a Progressive Hard rock guitarist with a background in Audio Engineering and Electronics. He took a concept used in the recording studio using a Super lead Guitar Head to drive a single are high-power speaker in compact a ported enclosure to create a huge wall of tone on tape and applied it to design a compact amp rig for performing and touring artist giving it the name GTS (Grand Tour Series). Dynamo currently has 9 models ranging from 20watts to 200watts and currently working on a new BASS line and Blues amps to release in late 2021. Each Dynamo amplifier is hand built one at a time in North Texas with the finest components and materials available. We evaluated every single component in designing an amp to find better technology to explore new levels of tone to enhance the classic tone we already love. We use audiophile grade components that can cost up to 10 times the price of standard grade components. The result is greater sonic clarity and definition, lush tones, better sustain, more responsiveness, and lower noise. We also use Mil-Spec and vintage components where applicable for the desired tone. We use Toroidal Power transformers on most of our models and they provide a cleaner and more efficient power supply that runs cooler, less noise, and greater peak power. A minimum of twenty-seven man hours goes into each amp to assemble, hand solder, hand wire, and tested. We strive to create the "holy grail" and each amp is tweaked to perfection before being shipped.
