MATH AND DYSCALCULIA SERVICES provides screening and quality advice for students with developmental Math problems and Dyscalculia through information about the condition, practical tips, and our Personalized Math Learning Intervention to be administered by parents or a tutor, with planned follow-up, till the student catches up and/or effective accomodations are in place to reach her/his potential in math. Instead of the traditional way to screen students in an actual one on one set up, or to have an impersonal online screening, MATH AND DYSCALCULIA SERVICES offers personalized online screening, research based intervention, and follow-up using modern communication technology. You are not loosing any time in traffic, but if you prefer a personal meeting this can be arranged.An enormous amount of time can be lost using hit and miss interventions that are not research based or worse by just doing more of the same over and over. Sometimes dyslexia is the cause of struggling with word problems and intervention should be tailored to address that.As with most learning differences early intervention gives superior results. Dyscalculia can manifest itself as early as in KinderGarten and is unlikely to subside on its own.
