Dīpātma Yoga is founded deep in the classical principles of Yoga with the mission to help each other lead our lives without miseries by promoting holistic wellness and happiness. It aims at educating individuals in order to improve their lives through yogic methods enabling them to progress further. The World Health Organization (WHO) defined health in its broader sense as "a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. Well-being of a person can be looked and understood through the different dimensions to one's being such as physical, mental, emotional, social, spiritual, etc. The Unique programs of Dīpātma Yoga are structured after a thorough research to achieve the total integration and balance of all the dimensions to one's well-being.
