We pride our self in providing professional and personal development for staff and we have committed a significant investment to technical training and skills improvement.SPFSPF (a subsidiary of e-Centric Innovations) has been set up to provide internship program partnering with a number of universities in Melbourne (La Trobe, Victoria, RMIT, and Swinburne), Sydney (UTS) and Perth (Curtin University). We also have a similar program partnering with a number of universities in Malaysia (Taylors University, Multimedia University and Asia Pacific University).Typically we accept students who have completed the second year or their degree and they will participate in a 12 month internship program with SPF. In some cases, we will take students from postgraduate degrees to participate in the program. We have particularly worked with the universities to have a 12 month program which we believe provides a full rounded opportunity
