Entrepreneurship, in its essence of following a passion, playing to innate strengths and making a difference to people around by building an enterprise, has become a way of life. To acknowledge this spirit SJMSOM's Entrepreneurship Club was formed in 2007 by a group of students who were passionate about entrepreneurship and wanted to spread the message. E-club was formed in light of unique need arising out of the diversified interest of the students.E-Club encourages the students to think out of the box, practice the management lessons taught in the school and use them in real world. E-Club is designed to provide a podium to students where they can connect and collaborate to start their ventures by providing them guidance from industry experts and venture capitalists. The club with its unique initiatives provides a framework for students by providing them with startup resources, helping them to make B-Plans, organizing expert talks and panel reviews. With the vision of providing budding minds of the country an ecosystem to pursue their dreams, E-Club aims to inspire students to start their journey on ‘the road not taken'.The mission of E-club is three pronged:• Foster the spirit of entrepreneurship• Facilitate mentorship and networking needs• Provide a platform to learn and practice entrepreneurship
