Our name comes from a literal translation of the French word espaces – which in this context means a ‘vibrant space.' We have designed a series of modular, prefabricated buildings that are built in our workshops and rapidly assembled on site. Our unique production and construction techniques are incredibly efficient and allow us to use high quality materials yet provide excellent value for money. With a series of designs and builds that have commercial and domestic applications, our 'spaces' can elevate your comfort and productivity. Or, simply be that perfect place to relax.The ‘e' in e-spaces is representative of a number of fundamental elements that we have considered and layered throughout our business. These include:- Environmental: as we are passionate about using sustainable and recycled or recyclable materials in every build- Energy: our design is as energy efficient as possible and represents the fact that you do not have to heat an entire house to work from home or travel to a place of work- Electric: incorporating all wiring and flush fittings into your building creates a pleasing look to the eye and a plug and play concept- Economic: our production techniques create less waste and are highly efficient which creates a significant cost saving which is passed to you as a customer. Modular builds are also far cheaper than traditional building methods- Enjoyment : every build is designed to look good and make you feel comfortable in that spaceBetter still, we continually work with clients to design bespoke projects that meet their specific needs.
