E-System Design develops EDA tools to insure your products meet System Integrity criteria. Our first product, Sphinx, is a Signal and Power Co-simulator, allows complex systems, printed circuit boards and packages to be analyzed. SphinxDC is a follow on product that uses Sphinx's Front End GUI preparation reducing adoption time while providing accurate DC analysis. Sphinx 3D Path Finder, a third product, allows users to quickly 'path find' optimum configurations for 3D interconnects (TSV, Column Grid Array and Wire Bond). Sphinx 3D Path Finder is also used for post layout, accurate analysis. Whether pathfinding or post analysis, hundreds of interconnect structures can be evaluated producing Touchstone, current density and RLGC files to help users understand how physical structures can lead to proximity, skin, slow wave and dielectric effects.
