Since the early days of manned space flight at Cape Canaveral, Lee had been working with acoustic technologies, and his knowledge allowed him to calibrate audiometers on site instead of shipping back to the factory.It quickly became apparent to Lee that by providing on-site service, the customer experienced less down time, and thereby was able to continue providing essential services to their patients.
