At Eaglebrook, we are focused on identifying compelling real estate investments in the office and multi-family sectors that offer attractive risk-adjusted returns for our investors. Our geographic focus is the Southeast with a particular focus on Georgia. We typically look to acquire assets that are burdened with a combination of high vacancy, lack of capital investment, or suffer from deferred maintenance, but also assets that are well-located and in sub-markets with good underlying fundamentals. We will also look at adaptive re-use and select development opportunities. Most of our investments will require extensive capital work to restore and reposition the property to realize its full potential.Our ultimate objective is to create value with a thoughtful and comprehensive business plan that incorporates capital investment, marketing/rebranding, rigorous asset management, and the opportunistic financing and disposition of assets.
