This experience includes not only establishing and conducting the business operations for a small company (less than 10 employees) but also managing the business operations of that same company during the course of the ensuing fifteen years while it grew to a size of over 400 employees and $150M in Sales and culminating in the successful sale of the company to a large defense contractor.Mr. Mischler's experience transcends all aspects of business management to include accounting, finance, contracts, human resources, computer services and security. Mr. Mischler also worked for a billion dollar enterprise engaged in commercial business as well as government contracting.
