The Early Learning Coalition of Osceola County, Inc. (Coalition) is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization that was created in 1999 by Florida Legislators, with the enactment of Florida Statue 411. Like its 30 counterparts throughout Florida, the Coalition is responsible for overseeing and funding early learning programs using federal, state, and local funding sources. With a budget of over $13,000,000, the Coalition currently serves over 4500 children in its two early learning programs – School Readiness and Voluntary Prekindergarten.Vision StatementAll children will enter school healthy and prepared to succeed.Mission StatementThe mission of the Early Learning Coalition of Osceola County is to facilitate access to high quality early education and child care through an integrated system of services including linkages to health care and parenting supports.
