Earthwise Bags was founded in 2005 in Los Angeles as a response to the plastic bag pollution seen in local parks, coastlines and waterways. We knew there was a better way, so in 2005 we developed a program of lightweight, durable, safe and non-toxic reusable bags along with sturdy, metal display racks. Grocery retailers responded immediately as they saw the opportunity to offer eco-friendly reusable bags to consumers at a $0.99 price point while reducing single-use plastic bag usage.Over the last 15 years, our programs have continued to expand to include dozens of bag styles, multiple display options and unique offerings like sports licensed bags. Our programs offer retailers a full line of reusable bags with solutions for every corner of the store from carryout bags to insulated, wine, produce, lunch and other bags including box totes, seasonal bags, sports licensed, cause related and more.We have always placed a great emphasis on supporting non-profit organizations and we continue to support a number of great causes. Today, our focus is on environmental, hunger relief and health related charities. Our cause-related programs help raise hundreds of thousands of dollars a year for organizations such as Feeding America and American Cancer Society.Today, Earthwise Bag Company is the premier supplier of reusable bags in the US.
