East Coast Dealer Services is a New York based automotive agency working exclusively with dealerships, dealer groups, SaaS/DaaS organizations and OEM's alike. Owned and operated by automotive industry veteran Dyanna Rossini, we specialize in an extraordinary level of service and attention to detail throughout the entire consultative process. Dealerships and groups have staffing issues, compliance fears, data purging needs, processes that are questionable and need to be tweaked, vendor contracts that can be overwhelming leaving surmounting legal fees. SaaS/DaaS organizations often question if what they have is the right fit for a subset of the target market, leaving product departments wasting valuable time and resources. OEM's are often standing as middle men, unsure if what they endorse or develop will actually work in the "real world". This is where we come in.
