• East Peak partners is a private capital investment platform that is focused on sourcing private investments within the gap between late stage venture capital and private equity, particularly for sustainable, emerging, capital-intensive industries.• The private market is estimated to be over US$6.5trn and growing. Roughly 1/3 of this is infrastructure, real assets and private debt. And this, in part driven by demands for sustainability and ESG, is one of the fastest growing parts of the market. Dry powder is estimated to be greater than US$2trn, which is equivalent to about three years of inventory. This is an ocean of opportunity.• The gap, we call edge capital, is underserved, and as such has not been institutionalized.
