East Prairie Farms is a small, veteran-owned hop farm located in Collins, NY. 2013 marked our first year of commercial production on approximately 1/3 acre. Since then, we have focused on slow growth (while we perfect our "craft"), delivering quality hop products and personal service.Today, our operation covers approximately 3/4 acres planted with Cascade, Willamette, Newport, and Nugget hops, with expansions planned in 2018 and beyond..OUR MISSION is to provide high quality New York grown hops to the LOCAL brewing industry.
