STUDENT/ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMA full day of Education, Athletics, Sports and Technology, East Prep is the most comprehensive Student/Athlete program in the region. Daily sessions of flexibility and fitness, to improve overall athletic development, is complimented by sport specific skills training and multisport opportunities. Each student/athlete will have their own individual development and education plan to follow throughout the day, with an opportunity for pro-social games and activities with a like minded peer group. With several campuses and training facilities available, each one of our East Prep student/athletes will have regular access to gym time to improve their individual and team skillsets. Locations for training, development and identification include, Pickering. Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Courtice, Maplegrove, Bowmanville, Newcastle, Peterborough and Belleville.WHAT MAKES EAST PREP UNIQUEWhat makes our program unique from most is that we are not directly affiliated with a specific OBA, AAU or any other club organization, allowing players to continue competing for their current teams or local clubs, without any pressure to leave. Our partnership with Durham Private Secondary School and Trinity Academy of Canada, makes us the only private school in the region that can offer a truly individualized educational and athletic pathway, with option for full day, in-person teaching and tutoring, complimented by virtual tools for asynchronous and synchronous learning. GLOBAL DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM FOR STUDENT/ATHLETESEast Prep is Canada's only athletics program based on a global approach to student/athlete development. With world wide training influences and competitions, East Prep student/athletes and coaches will have the unique opportunity to travel the globe and learn from many different sources and experiences. We will be taking development systems used in Europe, Americas, Asia, and the Caribbean.
