East Side Labs is a disruptive media collective committed to quality storytelling across mediums with a focus on elevating underrepresented voices, projects and content. The indie brand is led by Whitney Anderson, a South Carolina native who is an entertainment marketing professional by trade with previous roles at Nickelodeon, TBS, Turner Classic Movies, AspireTV, SpringHill Entertainment and NBC Universal. Anderson is a Clemson University alumni ('07) and MFA candidate in the Peter Stark Producing Program at the University of Southern California ('21)Her first project from East Side Labs is the forthcoming social justice documentary, Higher Ground.
