Founded in January 2017 with a home base in Knoxville, East Tennessee Appellate Litigation, PLLC ("ET AL") is a regional law firm dedicated to the advocacy of cases pending review by the Tennessee Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, and Court of Criminal Appeals. ET AL's founder and managing attorney, Brennan M. Wingerter, served the Tennessee Supreme Court for three years as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Gary R. Wade. She also teaches legal writing courses at the LMU Duncan School of Law in downtown Knoxville.ET AL primarily engages in civil and criminal appellate practice but also handles complex trial court motions and memoranda.
