Even our small team at Eastcut has wide-ranging origins. Maybe folks are looking for warmer weather, an exciting job, a slower pace - who knows. One thing's for sure - we love the Southeast's cuisine, but occasionally we long for the food we left behind. That's where Eastcut comes in. Our menu mainstays feel decidedly East Coast - classics from Florida to Maine - but don't be surprised to see plenty of international flare throughout our specials. We're looking to quench a Brooklynites longing for Chicken Parm or a Mainers need for a summer Lobster Roll. But, we also want to introduce some new flavors you may not expect to see on a sandwich - like Southern-Fried Chicken Tikka Masala. Beyond the food, we're incredibly proud of our team members - they truly make Eastcut tick.
