In addition to actively managing the current portfolio, Global actively seeks to build its portfolio by pursuing carefully underwritten Class A institutional quality properties.We are an active investor in and manager of super high end luxury residential developments in Manhattan. We have chosen to partner with best in class developers and globally renowned architects in order to construct trophy buildings in irreplaceable locations that have repeatedly achieved record pricing in their markets.
