He fell in love with the art of cooking in his Grandmother's kitchen as a young boy. Growing up near his Grandmother allowed them to form a bond over their love of cooking and share family recipes for the next generation to enjoy. Chef KT is still inspired by the fruits of her culinary labor and treats his clients with the same love and care his Grandmother had for her family. Through this memory of his Grandmother, Chef KT hopes to spread the impact of providing exceptional service to his community.
