Even though I was a certified trainer with a BS in Kinesiology, I still didn't really understand what it took to stay lean long term, train properly, eat right and perform at my best. I tried a variety of popular methods but I often wound up frustrated and annoyed with myself for not doing better and having it all figured out. Through time I discovered ways to implement strategies suited for a busy lifestyle. This enabled me to live lean and participate in tons of fun athletic activities.
