EatUp lets students find someone to eat with at the campus dining halls. It is a mobile app that lets University students use their meal time at the campus dining halls to meet someone new and build social and professional connections based on field of study, school year and interest. The app solves the problem of community development, student engagement and cultural transition.The long-term goals of EatUp aims to expand into company's and organizations to allow employees to meet each across departments over their lunch hour to inspire innovation and exchange of ideas. EatUp aims to bring people together face to face with the least effort to instill a sense of belonging and community.
