EB Consultancy is a dynamic, Staffordshire-based company focused on interactive management and leadership development. We work with managers and leaders within a wide-range of public, private and voluntary organisations, delivering tailor-made solutions to help them achieve their objectives. We are also members of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, accredited Thomas International, MBTI and OPQ32 behavioural assessors and have a range of management qualifications and professional training. At EB Consultancy, we won't try to fit a ready-made learning and development programme into your business. Instead, we work with you to understand the challenges being faced before developing a bespoke solution to meet your objectives.
