EB Services was setup as an IT joint venture between Jemena and SP Ausnet (AusNet Services) IT Departments. All companies were majority owned by Singapore Power. The company was formed in late 2008 and was operational from 2009 to 2014. Its primary goals were to maintain and continue to deliver IT Services to Jemena and SP AusNet (AusNet Services). In June of 2014 the company was closed and services were divided between Jemena and SP AusNet (AusNet Services).
