At Hello Ebbot, we love the customer journey. Vi use the latest technology to keep developing our beloved chatbot Ebbot, but we also understand that we need people to deliver the best customer service in the world. The collaboration between Ebbot and our state of the art SmartChat for agents is something we've poured our hearts into.
