EBE Consulting, LLC performs as the Owner's Engineer and Technology Consultant to local and state municipalities, critical infrastructure utilities and transportation agencies on first responder and critical infrastructure two-way radio and wireless data networks. We understand our clients' operations -- public safety, utilities, emergency management, and transportation agencies. Unlike IT systems, agencies trade out private mobile radio networks once every 10, 15, or 20 years. In-house technical expertise isn't available on that timeline. EBE Consulting bridges that gap by working with your staff and stakeholders to gain an understanding of your end users and their needs as well as your agencies' integrated technology systems. Our team provides services in all project phases including: initial assessment, project and phased planning, conceptual budgetary design, specifications development, request for information or proposal (RFI/RFP), vendor evaluation and assessment, project management, technical leadership integrating new and existing technology solutions, managing transition to support and maintenance phase, and act as staff augmentation.Additional services include wireless communications market space consultation to private equity and law firms as well as expert witness services.
