Our company was set up in 2012 as a merger of the experts specializing in supervision and execution of construction projects on every single step, from the concept, preparation of the project, to project supervision while in use. In other words, widely understood Project Management before, after and over time of its use.The core group of our team are mainly construction engineers who have actively worked in construction business for many years. In the portfolio of our engineers you will find: unlimited construction eligibility in every field of civil engineering, membership of SIDiR (Polish counterpart of FIDIC), certificates of Court Experts and Assessors. Our personnel has gained experience working as General Contractor or Investor Representative of large investments done mainly for clients from EU.Currently, apart from above mentioned supervision and execution of projects, we give support to companies working on investments in the public sector on a legal footing of public procurement law. We give advice in the contracts prepared on the basis of FIDIC procedures. We also support renewable energy projects like wind farms, biogas plants or photovoltaic farms.We also provide consultation services within the scope of technical advice and prepare tenders and managing projects.
