4 business people got together and formed The Original Turducken Inc. in late 2009. We took the turducken concept (a deboned turkey filled with chicken, duck and stuffing) and added some unique twists with butcher grade sausage stuffing and our proprietary seasoning mixes to create 2 flavors - Turducken with Italian Sausage and Chicken Apple sausage stuffing. We started selling to retail grocery stores and foodservice customers for Thanksgiving 2010.
