I have been an agent of change in almost every aspect of progressive production management. Teaching classes on subjects like; Team Effectiveness, 5-S, TPM and Constraint Identification and Elimination. Teaching Production Supervisors when and how to counsel and coach, what "above the line" really means, how to get there and how to stay there. The most important part of my mission however, is sustainment. Not sustaining the progress that has been made would be waste, and in today's competitive markets, there should be no allowance for waste.
