Echo Bridge Partners is a privately held real estate investment firm established in 2010 by J. Clancy Casey and Andrew R. DiMatteo. The firm manages fully discretionary capital, with a specific focus on opportunistic and value-added real estate investments.We focus on opportunities in the small-cap space, where there tends to be less competition from professionally organized capital sources. We target opportunistic and value-added real estate investments requiring equity commitments between approximately $2 and $8 million.
