Eco Industrial Development (EID) delivers suitable land for cannabis businesses with next-gen operational advantages that solve emerging issues now being experienced across the industry.By taking an Industrial Ecology (IE) approach, we will deploy such capabilities as electrical micro-grids, water reclamation and waste management through an Eco-Industrial Park (EIP) infrastructure model that reduces operating costs and increases the reliability of vital inputs.Our model essentially delivers a shovel-ready footprint, shielding property tenants and owners from the considerable financial expense and critical time-to-market costs resulting from the permitting process. We complete the necessary wetlands survey, ground water and site assessment reviews, as well as resolve any required State or Federal Environmental Policy Act considerations.The first project under development will deliver potentially 500,000 square feet of space in Granby, Massachusetts, where we have established site control on 40 prime acres of a 92-acre farm that is zoned for industrial business use as well as cannabis cultivation, processing and manufacturing. The land will offer site pads supporting structures ranging from 40,000 to 140,000 square feet.A preliminary site plan and building/greenhouse designs have been completed along with obtaining a signed HCA (Host Community Agreement) with the Town of Granby for one of the proposed industrial sites within the development.
