Below is a descriptive summary of the areas in which we have decided to invest and the types of projects we evaluate.1. WindAbout the design of wind power plants, we focus our attention on individual plants. The main two type of plants we develop are:-100kW initiatives: these are the smallest plants we are planning. In this case the development takes place through the realization of two and up to a maximum of four initiatives for each site identified in favor of all different legal entities. The dimensions of the project footprint are 30 meters in height and maximum 30 meters rotor diameter.-500kW initiatives: in this case too we are talking about simplified planning with the sole exception of the ENEL's Technical Plan, which is slightly more complex than the LV plan. In this case only one initiative per site. Between each initiative we prefer a distance of at least 1,000 meters between the turbines in our project. The design dimensions are 50 meters in height and a maximum of 58 meters in rotor diameter.2. PhotovoltaicsAs far as the design of photovoltaic systems is concerned, the size of the system is not so important here (although we normally prefer systems below one megawatt of power). Therefore, the areas for which we are scouting are the following:-Industrial areasWe are interested in any kind of industrial area, as long as it is qualified as "D" in the CDU.-Disused quarriesThe reasoning for quarries is very similar to that for industrial areas with the difference that within the quarry area it becomes much more complex to realize a photovoltaic system. Therefore, an analysis of the morphology of the land and its characteristics is of fundamental importance.-Solar slabsAs far as planning for roof slabs is concerned, we are also interested in this case whether it is a roof with eternit or not.
