We provide solutions which include green building design, detailed building thermal simulation and analysis, and performance improvement of existing buildings through monitoring, tuning, and verification. We are at the leading edge of sustainable principles and practices in the industry. ECONIC's services span a range of property types including commercial, retail, hotels, residential, educational, mixed-use developments, industrial and commercial data centres. ECONIC work collaboratively with property owners, portfolio managers, developers and tenants to ensure that their building or tenancy operates in line with sustainability targets and is cost effective. Our services are integrated and encompasses all stages of development from procurement, through to design, building simulation, commissioning, tuning, operation, and environmental rating tools. Our approach ensures that we understand the needs of the client first and foremost, and tailor building operational and efficiency solutions to realise and achieve their aspirations. We also assist clients with environmental rating systems in line with NSW legislative requirements, or company voluntary sustainability reporting. Should a client have a specific green rating target, ECONIC can provide a plan to achieve a successful outcome.
