EconSpeak.org is a speakers bureau dedicated to connecting high quality speakers – all of whom have a Ph.D. in Economics – with groups who would like to hear and learn from an economist. From the speakers' fees generated through EconSpeak.org, 15% will go to funding NEED. NEED is a 501c3 nonprofit designed to increase economic policy literacy nationwide.Although NEED is aggressively nonpartisan and the presentations scheduled through NEED reflect that position, talks scheduled through EconSpeak.org will reflect the views and expertise of the individual speaker.EconSpeak speakers will address conventional issues such as:• The U.S. Economy• Climate Change• International Trade, and • ImmigrationAnd a host of other topics, ranging from cryptocurrencies to cybersecurity and drug legalization to economic inequality. Our speakers have identified more than 60 different topics on which they are qualified to speak, and they are available throughout the country.Fees for speakers on EconSpeak.org range from free for some nonprofits to $10,000 or more, largely depending on the professional experience of the speaker. All speakers are excellent in front of a crowd and are experts in their fields.
