Ecosmic is a consultancy start-up that aims at supporting space industries that are willing to decrease their environmental impact.With the impressive number of 55 thousand satellites that will be launched in the next 10 years, it is clear that the space sector is growing exponentially and will continue to do so. Considering that space companies and agencies have always been at the forefront of technology development and scientific research, they could be once again trend-setters in finding solutions to the biggest problem of our time: climate change.Due to environmental laws and guidelines, such as the Sustainable Development Goals of the UN, the Paris treaty and the New Green Deal, more and more companies are willing to transition to more sustainable sources and processes. Foreseeing the introduction of more stringent environmental rules for space industry, Ecosmic was founded to support space operations, aiming at a sustainable future.
