Welcome to the first hotel school of its kind in the UK, where students can enjoy a unique learning experience. Not only do our students study the theory to achieve a degree in Hotel Management, they also work alongside hospitality professionals – putting their knowledge into context right away - helping to run Wivenhoe House, a real-life, four-star country house hotel. The Edge Hotel School is based in beautiful parkland on the University of Essex Colchester Campus, in Wivenhoe Park. Here students will have the best of both worlds – not only will they be graduating from a leading university – but they will also be developing your industry knowledge and professional skills at the same time. This is a student experience, and they will also benefit from living on campus, with access to all the University of Essex’s resources and facilities. All of this gives our students a head start in their career and sets them apart from other graduates to become leaders in the hospitality industry.
