EDGE Self Defense is designed to give everyone, no matter their gender, size or physical capabilities, the tools necessary to protect themselves from a physical, mental, or emotional threat. In a supportive and nurturing environment, students learn mental readiness, situational awareness and physical skills through engaging in a workout along with discussion and role playing. Every session ends with a breathing and visualization exercise tailored to the group. Sessions can occur in a private studio, place of employment or a home.
