The shareholders and senior management team are involved in several companies that have successfully secured and presently manage over 55,000 parking bays locally and internationally in Malaysia and India.In July 2010, EDISIJUTA CAMBODIA was successfully secured a contract to manage all On-street parking bays in the City of Phnom Penh, on behalf of the City Council.The Honorable Governor of Phnom Penh, His Excellency KEP,CHUTEMA extended his trust and belief that EDISIJUTA (CAMBODIA) will be able to implement a professional parking management system for the City of Phnom Penh.The Company is responsible to improve the existing parking bays, create additional bays, implement the Coupon system of operations, and to subsequently migrate the system to automation, with the implementation of the Pay and Display system of revenue management.EDISIJUTA commenced operations in November 2010, and has successfully implemented the Coupon System of operations.The Owner of the vehicle is required to purchase Coupons from the P-Boy or from the Payment Booth. The owner will then display the coupon on the dashboard of his vehicle for the time that he wishes to park. If he fails to do so, his vehicle will be fined and he will be penalised by the local authority and the Police.In 2014, EDISIJUTA successfully secured the management of the prestigious VATTANAC CAPITAL Building in Phnom Penh. The mixed development has a combination of a Luxury Hotel, 6-Star Office Suits, Retail space, Cinema and a basement parking facility.EDISIJUTA's International operations includes the management of the parking facility at the Pavilion Kuala Lumpur (3300 bays) a major Integrated development in the heart of the City of Kuala Lumpur and many others, such as the Hyderabad International Airport parking facility(3,500 bays).In a Closed-Parking environment, Edisijuta will implement a state-of-art Parking and Revenue Management system. The entries and exits of the car park will have Ticket dispensers, Barrier Gates and Fee registers, to ensure that every visitor to the facility pays for his parking charges. The system provides detailed accountability and reporting that will assist the Owner of the premise to better manage his overall traffic to the building.
