Les Editions Palacios are the publishing branch of "Le Cercle Palacios", a non-profit association founded in 1980 in France by the afro-colombian writer Arnoldo Palacios and his wife Béatrice. The association intends to encourage and develop the artistic projects of any person dreaming to gain access to the cultural world.
