Our Team is dedicated to continued success at fostering Public-Private Partnerships in order to provide maximum results for Large-Scale Mixed-Use Development, Urban Planning/ Revitalization Projects and Municipal, State, and Federal Government Projects. We consistently bring together highly effective Construction Project Development Teams including: Design-Build-Finance, Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Development, Construction, Energy Management (Energy Auditing, Renewable Energy System Design, Sustainable Design, Energy Master Plan Phasing for Utility Cost Reductions) Construction and Program Management, Budget Estimating, and Value Engineering. Continued focus on facilitating Strategic Team-Building enables us to successfully deliver Commercial, Medical, Retail, and Hospitality Projects, in addition to Municipal, State, and Federal Projects. We are currently working on multiple projects across the Southeast U.S., in each of these areas of expertise with current on-going projects and repeat public and private clients in Alabama, Georgia, and North Carolina.
