Providing consultancy and training for businesses and stakeholders interested in autism awareness to promote equity of opportunity and enable individuals to contribute to society and reach their potential.Training in education using an individualised approach and universal design principles to assist teachers and support staff engage diverse learners.In the workplace, training to support and include autism and other neurodiverse conditions in the workplace from the strategic leadership level, the recruitment and supervisory level to workplace colleagues who benefit from understanding how thinking differently increases innovation and team performance. For support staff working with individuals, training in utilising a strengths-based approach to engage with the autistic community. Support staff include support workers, youth workers, health care professionals and customer service professionals.
