EduPro Analytics is an education data consulting firm that empowers school leaders by uncomplicating the world of student data, allowing for more effective, proactive school improvement strategies that close achievement gaps and ensure equitable access for all learners.Owner and founder Aria Montcrieff has been in the trenches of education data analytics for nearly a decade. As a New York City teacher and data specialist, she spent years aggregating and analyzing every kind of student data; attendance data, periodic assessment data, student progress and learning levels, progress towards graduation data, everything that school leaders and teachers use to plan strategic initiatives and tackle student achievement gaps. She is now using her expertise as both as a classroom teacher and data specialist to work with school leaders throughout the United States tackle the untenable world of student data. Her belief is that by demystifying data and approaching it from a proactive and practical perspective, she can empower school leaders to implement long-lasting strategic initiatives that genuinely improve student achievement.
