NOW A GED STATE APPROVED TEST CENTER FREE COMPUTER TRAINING & CERTIFICATION: (1) Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) (2) CompTIA A+ (3) Cisco (CCNA) Edwards Learning Center (ELC) in Phillipsburg, NJ now offers FREE computer training funded through the New Jersey Opportunity Training Grant. Individuals who are unemployed, under-employed, low income, including those receiving temporary assistance for needy families (TANF) funds or general assistance (GA) are eligible for the training. ELC is an approved Pearson Vue-Authorized Test Center, so participants will be able to receive certification after completing the training program and passing the certification test. Our Mission: To provide the best tutoring, training and consulting experience to students and adults in our community. Edwards Learning Center fosters a holistic approach to learning – head, heart and hand, so that our students can reach their fullest potential in school and in life. We try not to accept any person who we believe is unlikely to benefit from our assistance. And if we believe other professional services are needed, we will recommend them for your consideration.
